Notice of Annual Meeting

If you cannot attend, please make sure to return your absentee ballot by the due date to your Association Manager. We must have quorum of 10% of the association in order to conduct the business of the association at this meeting. This means that we must have 108 Lots represented either in person or by absentee ballot. If quorum is not met, we may have to hold another annual meeting which will result in further HOA expenses.

At the annual meeting an election will be held to fill three (3) positions, each for a two year term. The new Board of Directors will then vote amongst themselves as to whom will hold each officer position.
