Governance

It is the duty of every homeowner to be informed of the governance of the association. Specifically when it comes to modifications of the exterior of the home. Please keep yourself informed that all exterior modifications need prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Buyer beware! We have found that many contractors are willing to give homeowners bad information and bypass the Association and committee approvals that are required in order to quickly complete the modification. Homeowner awareness can prevent costly errors. Please plan ahead for approval.
