Pay Assessments

Annual Assessments are posted to homeowners accounts every December and are due by January 31st. Any payment made after January 31st will result in late fees.

Pay Electronically

Homeowners can easily pay assessments online via e-check or with debit/ credit cards through SpectrumAM website or through the SpectrumAM app on Android or Apple phone. For assistance, contact Spectrum at 972-992-3444.

Residents paying assessments through their personal bank's website can use the above remittance address.

Under Section 2.6 section b) of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions , the Association has the right to suspend the right of use of the Common Areas and the voting rights of an Owner for any period during which any assessment against their Lot remains unpaid, and for a period not to exceed sixty ( 60) days for any infraction of its published rules and regulations.
