As managing agent for Crawford Farms Homeowners Association, we are pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting to be held on January 25, 2018. Please note two (2) board member seats will be up for election on January 25 , 2018. The term of office for each seat is two (2) years. Fort Worth City Councilmen Cary Moon & Dennis Shingleton will be attending the meeting as well!
There will also be a vote on a proposed amendment to the Association’s governing documents, which will allow the Association to charge a working capital fee of $150 and a reserve funding fee of $150 for all future transfers of ownership at closing of a unit purchase. This amendment would only apply to resales of homes with the purpose of providing additional funding to the Association’s operating and reserve accounts and prevent the need for special assessments to the membership.

NOMINATIONS
Any homeowner who desires to be nominated for this election may do so by submitting a Board Application for Nomination. If you are interested in a Board position, please provide the petition, along with contact information, a recent picture and a biography (please limit to 300 words or less) to the HOA office.
Please Note: In order for us to introduce nominees to the general membership in our upcoming communications and return ballots and proxies to all of the Members of the Association in a timely manner, your Petition of Nomination form along with a picture and bio must be received at the HOA office by Friday, January 12, 2018.
No nominations will be taken from the floor on the night of the Annual Meeting.
We must have a quorum of 10% of the association in order to conduct the business of the association at this meeting. This means that we must have 108 Lots represented either in person or by proxy. If a quorum of 10% (108) of the members is not met, an additional meeting will be held as follows:
