Residents are welcome to attend the Open Session in person or virtually, which starts at 6:00 PM (or a few minutes after, if the Executive Session runs over).

Residents may participate in the Open Session by submitting a resident input card at the meeting or virtually before the meetings starts at crawfordfarmshoa.com/board-of-directors.

The Open Session is scheduled from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM but may run longer or shorter depending on the level of discussion necessary for meeting topics and resident input.

An Executive Session will be held from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and is a closed meeting of the Board of Directors.

Meeting minutes will be documented and posted on the Resident Connect Portal, once the minutes are approved by the Board of Directors.
