Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee serves as the "eyes" of the community and advises the manager on any landscaping needs.  The committee also recommends long and short-term improvements, seasonal flowers, and general maintenance.  They also coordinate the "Yard-of-the-Month" starting each Spring through the end of the year.

Residents are encouraged to contact the Spectrum Management team for any area of the neighborhood needs attention, like dead plants, tree limbs that may need to be removed, or anything else that may be a hazard by logging into the Spectrum websites Homeowners>Report a Common area issue https://spectrumam.com/
