Management Company Transition

What is happening?

Our HOA is transitioning from First Service Residential as our management company to Spectrum Association Management. After years of unacceptable quality of service and increasing complaints from residents, the board has decided our HOA will be better served by Spectrum Association Management.

When is it happening?

The official first day with Spectrum will be October 1, 2023. However, it will most likely take until mid-October for Spectrum to have all homeowner account information and be able to answer questions.

The board is meeting weekly with Spectrum to help the transition go smoothly, but there are bound to be hiccups with such a complex transition. If you have a question, please attend upcoming board meetings and/or email the board at board@crawfordfarmshoa.com.

What do I need to do?

1. If you make automatic advanced dues payments, stop those payments now through your resident portal or personal banking account.

2. Download a copy of your account balance with First Service Residential for your records.

  • At the top left of your account dashboard, click “View Account Activity”

  • Press CTRL + P to print the page. You can print a paper copy or change the printer to “Print PDF” to save to your computer.

3. Download a copy of your Architectural Modifications documents.

  • At the top left of your account dashboard, click “View Account Activity”

  • Click “My Architectural Modifications” on the blue taskbar at the top of the page.

  • Click the magnifying glass to the right of each list item.

  • Download all documents to keep for your records.

When can I set up my new Spectrum Account?

Homeowners will receive a postcard from Spectrum about a week prior to October 1st with information about how to create your new online account.
