Welcome Committee
The Welcome Committee is here to greet new residents and introduce them to all the wonderful amenities our community offers. We encourage new residents to register on the Spectrum community management website at https://spectrum.cincwebaxis.com/. Through this portal, residents can manage their Homeowners Association account, access HOA information, make payments, submit architecture change requests, address any violations, update personal account details, and find answers to frequently asked questions.
We also invite all new residents to attend our monthly and annual Board Meetings to stay informed about neighborhood updates, upcoming projects, and community improvements. These meetings are a great way to connect with neighbors and get involved in the community.
New residents receive a Welcome Bag, delivered to their door by our Welcome Committee, as a gesture of hospitality. Our Welcome Committee began delivering these gift bags in June 2016, shortly after receiving Board approval, to help new residents feel at home.
We are incredibly proud of our community, love living here, and hope our new residents will too! We encourage everyone to take an active role in our community and enjoy all that’s available.
