We'd like to remind homeowners that these types of incidents cost the association valuable dollars. The minimum cost for clean-up is $400 and increases from there, based on the severity of the incident. Please ensure that proper swim attire is being worn, including swim diapers for all those still potty-training and breaks are being taken, as needed. This ensures no accidents and an open pool.
