Community Update

I wanted to take this time to introduce myself and make sure everyone has my contact information. Also, thank you ahead of time for your patience with me in learning your beautiful community. My name is Nicole McRay  and I have my Certified Apartment Manager designation which is where I have been in Property Management for the past 12 years. I feel like my extensive background in Property Management is going to assist me greatly in making sure I am not only meeting your needs as a community but exceeding them.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns and I look forward to working with each and every one of you. I can be reached at manager@crawfordfarmshoa.com.

There are a few updates that we wanted to address:

At last Thursdays Board Meeting, there were several repairs approved for the sports court area and we will be removing the backboards and locking the courts until those can be completed. Our estimate is that this will take between 30 and 45 days and we will then open the courts back up to the community.  Thank you in advance while we work to improve this amenity.

We received calls today about the pool's water level being low this morning due to routine pool maintenance and backwashing of the pool. This is pretty common after a busy weekend for the pool to need to be thoroughly cleaned as there is lots of sunscreen and hair products that settle at the bottom. I am working with the vendor to try and get this more on a schedule so I can let everyone know ahead of time in the future.

We also received several reports of an incident at the basketball courts over the weekend where an individual was injured.  We are looking into this matter and gathering all of the details but please know that we are aware of the situation and will take any actions that are necessary.

Thank you everyone for your patience,

Nicole McRay [PM]
